Trigger Point Therapy

A method of finding tender spots which radiate pain (trigger points), and deactivating them through muscle work.

Acupressure

A technique involving pressure on acupoints using the thumbs or fingers, capable of giving relief of symptoms.

Gua Sha

An instrument-assisted method of decreasing fascial adhesions, thereby diminishing pain. This ancient method of promoting “qi” and blood circulation as well as the removal of toxic heat, stagnant blood and lymph fluid from the body is an extremely important method of improving one’s health.

Cupping

In this treatment cups are placed on the skin to create suction. The suction of the cups mobilizes blood flow to promote the healing of a broad range of medical ailments and removes harmful substances and toxins from the body to promote healing. The skin’s appearance generally returns to normal within a few days as sometimes bruising may occur.
